Circular beauty refers to our process of rescuing by-products from other industries, such as coffee grounds and fruit stones, and transforming them into high-performing skincare products to reduce waste.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all UpCircle products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return for a refund or exchange, provided the product is lightly used or unopened.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
We are 99% plastic-free. Most of our products are housed in glass jars with aluminum lids. For the few items that require a plastic pump or spray head, we offer plastic-free refill options to minimize environmental impact.
